Hello, I am selling my 2018 Forest River Sandpiper asap. I purchased it almost a year ago used, and it is in excellent condition. Open to reasonable offers. I added a 2nd AC unit that is less than a year old. It also has a new water heater / pump, 4 new tires, and new puck lights throughout the unit, that is all less than a year old. I have removed all the factory curtains and put in blackout curtains. I also have a tri-pod that we use for stability. The RV also has a space for a generator, which did not come with the rv when I bought it nor did we buy one. I have listed everything I can remember, so if you have any questions please feel free to email me. LIVING ROOM I removed the factory reclining loveseats, as they were peeling and old, and I have replaced it with a pull out sofa bed, which can be bought if interested, and has a cabinet above the sofa. ENTERTAINMENT CENTER The entertainment center is the same as when bought, except for the TV which is only 2months old. We purchased a 40 inch Hisense with Roku, which can be bought if interested. Under the TV there is a electric wood fire place that heats up very well. Above the tv there is lots of shelf space. KITCHEN The kitchen has a residential LG refrigerator, 3 burner gas stove with working oven, and above it, a LG microwave. The kitchen has plenty of pantry and cabinet space. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom has a new queen mattress we bought when we moved in, but can fit a king mattress. It has the original dresser and above is a 32 inch tv we bought about 6months ago and can sell separately. The closet has plenty of space and washer & dryer connections. MASTER BATHROOM The main restroom and a standup shower, Dometic toilet and sink, Nothing in the bathroom has been changed and is original to this model. BUNKROOM The bunkroom has 4 beds, all but one has their mattresses, I replaced the largest bed with a new mattress. Tons of closet and cabinet space and even space under the bed for extras / toys. There is a space for a tv. This room also has its own restroom with sink. 1/2 BATHROOM Dometic toilet and sink with medicine cabinet above and storage space below the sink. The restroom also has a door to go outside. OUTDOOR KITCHEN The outdoor kitchen has a mini fridge, sink, microwave, and cabinet space. The grille is attached to the back which swings around toward the outdoor kitchen. OUTDOOR STORAGE The outdoor storage has lots of space that goes through the other side of the RV and has tv connections and a light. AWNING The awning and lights work well.
