Built exactly to specifications from the legendary Charles Poliquin, this bar is great for all sorts of pressing and rowing movements and tricep and bicep work. Built to our usual Watson heavy duty standards, this Poliquin Angled Dual Grip Bar will handle as much weight as you can throw at it and last many lifetimes.
