Can't believe i got what I wanted for even less than I anticipated. I wanted brand new mid size suv with remote start, sun roof, and updated screen system. I'd been looking quite literally all over the valley to find one for less than 30k and they were able to get me in a 2026 chevy Trax with all featers for 28,500. Gap and extended warranty was also part of that price! If you want something bad enough...they'll get you into it. They want you just as much as you want that car. And that comes with issues. As soon as you buy the car they dont help by any means. I've tried contacting the sales representative with multiple questions with no response, called the dealership multiple times with no one answering. I dont even know where im financed thru or how to pay my car payment which has been one of the reasons ive tried to contact them. Also having had the car over a month and still have not received my license plate. Poor follow up customer service. And ive heard horror stories about the shop. Very frustrating.
