This is for a 24 lb weighted exercise fitness bar by Body-Solid Tools. It is padded, and about 49” long, similar to a fixed barbell, plus it’s easier to store away in a corner, behind a door, or under a bed. One end has the cap missing, the other cap is cracked but still on, but padding around bar is in very good condition. Great alternative from barbells and dumbbells for various exercises for a total body workout. It can be used from cross training, yoga and pilates, physical therapy, and weight lifting to improve strength, muscle tone, balance and flexibility. Delivery available from Lincoln to Sacramento, and anywhere in between, just have to schedule a time and place to meet. Thanks for looking.
