Has original 170 ci with an auto trans, Motor turns over with no problem. No it’s no road worthy must be towed and gone through. Yes clean title with matching vin, out of the the dmv system so no problem getting it back on road. Come with old school cragars wheels. Easy project to be put back to stock or whatever you prefer. All trim is there, windows mechanism work good driver side vent window broken but have a replacement. Passenger side window broken but have a replacement.
