***PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION*** This RV is spacious and roomy with 3 slides. It was lived in full time, so it does need a complete detail inside and out. Has been connected to a 50amp electrical outlet for the time lived in. All plumbing and sewer drains work properly. It has 3 AC units, 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room. A portable AC was also purchased for a cooler summer last year. The generator runs all 3 AC units with no problem. Surround sound system inside RV for a theater feel during movies with a Bluetooth stereo. Outside sound system with stereo under the RV storage. The refrigerator has been switched to electric. 2 propane tanks included. 50 AMP power cord will also be included. ***RV TLC NEEDED*** *Carpets will need to be cleaned. *Generator will need a tune-up to start as it hasn't been used in over 2 years *Back room bottom bed will need to be repaired as it's leaning to one side but still fully functional. *full detail needed inside and out.
