For sale is a rare Brick Vault modular building: Winter Grocer! I am the original owner of this set, it was built a few years ago for a winter village, then put in storage until now. I have reverse-built this set, taking it apart to ensure all pieces are present. This set is 100% complete!! Adult owned, pieces are in great condition! I did change the color for 7 or 8 pieces to fit my city. I have also included 6 minifigs, all in fantastic condition! All pieces are genuine LEGO! I will provide the digital instructions with this purchase free of charge. Priced to sell!! I would consider a trade for Star Wars UCS
