2002 Coleman Utah 16’ box

2002 excellent shape. Three brand new tires less than 20 miles on them. Sleeps 7. Awning with screen in porch inclosure, out side stove, on demand water heater, water hookup, water holding tank and faucet for that as well, inside stove and sink, a c works great, brand new fan and light accessories for each king bed, light accessories for table area, new lvp flooring, shelving unit sets up over kit sink as well. All new counter tops and edging, brand new solar blankets for tents in cold weather. Great unit for family time. My family has out grown it and unfortunately had to move to something bigger and this no longer gets used. Dont want to see it go down hill. I can set complete unit up with screen and all 20 minutes by my self at a leisurely speed
