This is a rabbit/small animal hutch that is large enough to house multiple small/medium sized rabbits, etc. It is indoor/outdoor ready! A 3 year old hutch that we had used to house two sister Lionhead bunnies. Everything has been well maintained. We keep the hutch floors lined with straw that gets changed out once a week. There is a water bottle that plugs into an outlet during winter to keep it from freezing. The hutch is outside but has been in a gazebo for the first year & now sits with our garage wall against the backside and has an additional enclosure built around the front of it to keep the harsher elements off of the structure, which has helped to keep everything in great condition. There are two floors, separated by an access ramp. There are three exterior doors so that you can reach your bunnies or other animals, no matter where they are inside. The flooring is actually these large trays that slide out, making cleaning a snap. There are wheels on the bottom so that it can be moved easily. Plus we have lots of extras, including heat lamps w/bulbs for winter, food containers, dishes, toys, potty boxes, as well as pellets/grain & Timothy hay/orchard grass, cleaning supplies, food scoops, etc. Everything we have left is included & will go with the hutch if you want it. (One bale of straw to use as floor covering & as lining for the potty boxes only costs $9 & lasts over a year for two small rabbits.) *We can deliver everything to your curb for an additional $20 if you are within 10 miles of W. Pole Rd.
