This is a rabbit hutch that is large enough to house multiple small-medium sized rabbits. It is indoor/outdoor ready. It is a 2 1/2 year old hutch that currently houses our two sister bunnies. We are selling the hutch & the bunnies come with it for free. Everything has been well maintained. We keep the hutch floors lined with straw that gets changed out once a week. They have a water bottle that plugs into an outlet during winter to keep it from freezing. The hutch is outside but has been in a gazebo for the first year and now sits with our garage wall against the backside and has an additional enclosure built around the front of it to keep the harsher elements off of the structure and the bunnies, which has helped to keep everything in great condition. There are two floors separated by an access ramp. There are three exterior doors so that you can get to the bunnies no matter where they are. The flooring is also made like large trays that slide out, making cleaning a snap. There are wheels on the bottom so that it can be moved easily. There are a lot of extras including heat lamps w/bulbs for winter, food containers & dishes, toys, potty boxes, as well as grain & Timothy hay/orchard grass, cleaning supplies & food scoops, etc. Everything we have for them is included & will go with the hutch. One bale of straw for the floor covering & to line their potty boxes only costs $9 & lasts over a year. We can deliver everything to your curb for an additional $20 if you are within 10 miles of W. Pole Rd. Anything beyond that, please ask and we can work something out.
