I had just.purchaced a car and a little over a month later someone t-boned me. The car was totaled. Orlando was able to get me into a very nice SUV within the price range needed for my income. Great experience!

I waited a few months to post this because most used car lots are nice and helpful until they get you into a car and you sign the paperwork, but then show there true colors when there are problems. And unfortunately that's what happened here! They promised to fix 2 very minor issues that I noticed when we bought it, but never arranged it. When we called and asked about it we got the run around, the ignition went out 2 months after getting it and they sent us to their mechanic in Lodi who contacted the Warranty company that said we are not in their system!! So we had to wait another week and a half to get it fixed, my wife missed work time because of this, it has had more issues since! They sold us a lemon and don't care about taking care of the 2 minor things they said they would fix(which is in writing), I got tired of the BS and just fixed them myself, don't waste your time here! We got a terrible deal!

This is my first time ever purchasing a car from a dealership and also going in alone due to my partner working over 12 hours everyday. I had to use my judgement and checked out the car on my own. Orlando worked with me and answered every questions I had and helped ease my anxiety. My partner were looking for a car that is perfect for a future family so I wanted a reliable purchase. I bought a car from them over a year ago and the transmission keeps having issues, I bought a warranty with the vehicle and the warranty company is a joke just like Approved ... I've taken the car to 3 different mechanics for work on the transmission its been different things with it all 3 times. Also the first day I drove the car home it started to over heat in my front yard and they had there mechanic fix it and they brought my car back all scratched up when intold them what happened they blew me off...it's been a terrible experience, they're employees don't help you and I will never buy a car from them and I hope no one has to go thru this like i have had to.

Hey so Ryan helped me and was awesome. Some tips. Go knowing what you need or want. Know what your score is. They will drill down cars that fit your need and start shopping!!!Had two reports on my car. They are very transparent and fair. Also offer warranty so your investment is protected! If you go in with reasonable expectations you will be happy with your selection and purchase. Thank you Ryan and sales management for creating a positive sales experience.
