I have wanted to purchase a low mileage PT Cruiser for sometime,found this pristine car at EZ Dealership ,no pressure from seller great customer service,complete sale done within a week and one half with delivery to residents delivery was also done very professionally first time making a purchase such as this 10/10.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience purchasing a car from this dealership. As a first-time solo buyer with limited knowledge of cars, I tried to research the vehicle beforehand in order to make an informed decision and avoid any potential issues. I trusted that the dealership would be transparent, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.

The owner spoke highly of the car, claiming it was in pristine condition and had previously been owned by a car enthusiast. Based on these assurances, I felt confident moving forward with the purchase. However, in just the first month of owning the vehicle, I’ve discovered numerous issues that were either not disclosed or were downplayed during the sale. These problems, which should have been addressed or disclosed before selling, have been frustrating and costly to deal with.

To make matters worse, I’ve already taken the car for two separate consults to fix the larger issues, and neither of them have been able to fix it.

While I understand that no car is perfect, the lack of transparency and the misrepresentation of the vehicle’s condition have left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I regret not having more experience or insight into the car-buying process, but I expected far better service and honesty from a reputable dealership. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to others based on my experience.

I would not purchase a vehicle from this place, they sold My sister a completely inoperable un safe vehicles. They took advantage of her knowing she never purchased a vehicle. Ali admited on a recorded  line that there mechanic looked over the vehicle but after we take the vehicle to a professional mechanic they told her there ain't no way a dealership  sold her the car in this condition. It's a total rust bucket and has plenty of broken parts STAY ClEAR OF THIS place it's a total scam! They claim to be decent people but definitely priced that to Wrong save your self the time and heart ache!

I did my research, looked at a few cars, and was going to buy through owner. I just happened across EZ Deals Auto online and found a car in my price range and really liked it. I went in that day and bought the car. Very low mileage for the year and it looked amazing and drove very well.  I worked with Sam and we sealed the deal! Three days later it was driving rough and not good at all. I called Sam and he had me bring the car in. He and his mechanic had it running again like a dream in no time. Really, everything was absolutely no hassle. Very professional and overall a great buying experience!

Great service. Honest people. Caring business. I bought my beautiful Audi from Sam and my only regret was not going in sooner. From start to finish Sam helped me find the perfect used car in my budget while making the whole process as easy as possible. Ali also gave me some amazing advice on how to handle the banks while financing the car. When I took the car out for a test drive I noticed a small chip in the windshield and when I returned and let Sam know, before I could even finish my sentence he called the glass company and set an appointment to fix the windshield at his expense! I am so grateful for Sam and Ali for making this the best and easiest car buying experience.
