Awesome 30 Ft Trailer Way Underpriced For Quick Sale!

2011 snowriver rlss 30 ft trailer with 4 ft pop out! Super spacious. Electric awning newish tires. Everything works amazingly well. Heat AC fridge freezer new microwave electrical is good propane and stove work well. New comfy furniture fresh paint. 36 gallon portable tank so u don't have to move trailer to empty tanks. 100 ft water hose. Only a couple problems. Very liveable! Issues are renter ripped out the new flooring I put in but I'm installing new snap together laminate floor today. The back door was hit by a tree so I bondo'd it and painted it. Doesn't look great but not horrible. Renter took door handle off and padlocked the door. No idea why. Handle is $20. New door $800. Bathroom light needs replaced. $10 on amazon Renter took cabinet doors off putting some back up today some are missing. Oh and a small hole by toilet needs fixing. No leaks. Has had a roof over it it's entire life. Second owner. This is a truly great trailer especially for the price. Bluebook is 12 to 15000. I priced it super low hoping for quick sale. I am moving but I need the trailer gone first. No bad problems. All problems are easily fixable and cheap. I have title but can't find so u will need to go to licensing office and transfer it.
