I thought I had found the perfect car for me . My. Man and I drove 4 hours just to check it out. We got to the dealership to meet our sales person Jerry Gallegos. He seemed nice. He wanted us to know he hated disreputable car salesman and he preferred transparency. We looked at the range rover and decided to test  drive it.  I did fall in love with it right away.  I didn't have my finances quit right so Jerry sent us to a local credit union that he uses all the time and they would certainly help us .  2 hours of waisted time there . No loan then we called jerry who sent us back in to speak with someone else. We were ignored  for awhile longer before going back to the dealership empty handed and angry quite frankly. Went back to speak with Jerry who told us he would meet us half way with the car once we spoke to our bank when ever we were ready.  We decided to go home to regroup.  We got the financing easily the next day.  jerry asked us to send a picture of the check when we asked him to meet us halfway like he said he would. We had the keys by accident ,which were the only set. I asked him if he had access to a locksmith  and to get another set made .  He said that was expensive and would not pay for that.  Therefore he didn't  get me another set of keys, didn't meet us halfway , and we drove the whole way .  We get the car and drive home at night exhausted. As I'm driving , I'm hearing thumping coming from the roof , next stop we see the satellite antenna had come off and was hanging by one wire. Looking closer at the interior,  the trim panel on the headliner above the tailgate was pried apart suggesting someone  had been aware of the problem . They didn't fix it tho, didn't tell us , and left the headliner hanging. This is just the begining of what we found wrong the next day. We went thoroughly thru it in our driveway . This is what we found.
#1  Trim panels on the headliner, the side panels in cargo area all were loose and had missing fasteners and broken clips.
#2  burn marks and rust stains in the carpet around the second row seating as well as broken glass.
#3.  One of the Second row seats will not lay flat  as it was ment to.  Due to a broken spring connected to the lever .
#4  vanity mirror in the passenger sun visor.  I go to open it and plastic door that covers the mirror fell off in my my hand.
#5. Going thru the car wash we found the roof leaks into the headliner all over the car. Dripping thru the front dome light onto our electrical stuff on center console.  The water was rusty. Look at the pictures at the amount of water staining the head  liner.
#6  upon inspecting the roof , we find both trim strips on the roof seams were not properly attached. One sticking up in the air, the other was completely missing causing water to leak directly into the car in many places.

What the hell am I supposed to do with that!!?? It would be nice if during inspection on the rebuilt car , someone would have fixed these things, Instead of passing it off onto an unsuspecting customer.   I'm not a mechanic.  I trusted Jerry and autolocity to give me a fair and honest deal
I got taken.  And I spent all my money to buy the car.
......   I literally have no money left to fix all the problems that Jerry and autolocity didn't tell me about. I have heard that there is a strong lemon law in Utah . Because I can't afford to fix this . I need help.  I need autolocity to step up and do the right thing by me.

I'll be expecting autolocity to call me and fix this. If the dealership is reputable and cares about their customers and reputation.  I'm sure you will do the right thing.

My sales guy was Alec. I really love how there absolutely 0 pressure to close, I test drove some cars on Saturday, said I’m going to think about it and come back, and it was really easy to leave. The day I came again, again same thing 0 pressure , I truly felt like the decision was all mine to buy the car from the minute I walked in., they have really decent cars just have to make sure to do your research and ask question, and really make sure to evaluate the car yourself, don’t rely on the sales guy to give you all the info about it

Save yourself from a lot of trouble if you're going to go buy a car from there and you're out of state. I spoke to their salesman and sent in all our documents was told we were approved. I put down 1,000 for the car to be put on hold as advice by them, my wife and I drove 8hrs,. To then be sent to their financing bank that "they always use" just to be treated like we were crazy after giving down $10k and only wanting to finance $4k. We got sent back and they assured us we would be driving home with the car which we did. A week later we are contacted to let us know we are now responsible for the financing. I ended up getting a personal loan to pay it off but that is not even the main issue. I have to get emissions done here in Colorado and it won't pass, the lady says she's going to give me and extension which is great and she decided to transfer me to their parts department for me to see if anything had been done to the car lately. The girl at the other line acting like I was asking for money or something very rude, I told her I just wanted to know if there was an emissions test done to it and if it past for them to send it to me as it is illegal to sell a car that will not pass emissions. Today I go again to get the emissions test and it fails, the guy doing the test tell me the car has a tune and will not pass. So I decided to call back to confirm the extension on a temp tag to allow me to take it back to Ford to get it reverted back to stock, not once do I ask for money or anything like that but the lady on the phone gets all rude saying they are not supposed to give me an extension on a car that's been title. So I to tell her that they are also supposed to sell cars that will pass emissions.... Some how to her that was a threat?? Gets even more rude. Maybe I should seek legal counseling and maybe everyone else in here that has been wronged by this dealership should seek legal counseling as well... How's that for a threat? Lady chill out and help your customers because if you continue to act that way you won't have any customers. You and the other people that were rude can be gone from that company but this post will stay here in the internet. Make sure you guys read through all the negative comments and pay attention to those details as I should have done because you might find your self writing a bad review...

I worked with Fred and he was great. He gave me all the info I needed on the vehicle I bought. There was no games at all and the process couldn't have been easier!!! Thanks Fred for the way you handled my deal. So refreshing not playing the car buying games I've had to endure in the past!!

I had been searching for my dream car when I stumbled upon a beautiful Telluride here with Autolocity. Jerry was the expert I had the pleasure working with who helped every step of the way to make sure I would end up in my dream car.
