Strongway heavy duty 6³feet capacity poly bin quick release dump cart with custom paint. Unit had rust on frame. I did some restoration, rust removal, preventative measures, 2 coats primer 2 coats color. Has new inner tubes needs tires soon. Unit retails for 270 at Walmart and Amazon. Asking 150. It's making an offer please make it respectable with the understanding I have two full days labor and cost of material into it thank you
