Helped a friend grab a hatchback door for a Subaru outback. Cory gave it to him for a great price. First impression is that he's a down to earth guy and after reading his reviews that impression seems to line up.

This is strange but we don’t get these much these days. A used car dealership with real/honest people. Cory and Jesse are a great team players. I was very happy with my experience at The Car Guys in Kent. Cory was very nice and helped us get a car in our price range. He was very helpful with follow up when we had a few concerns. We drove off the lot with a better car than I thought possible with our budget. I will be recommending this car lot to friends :)
Update, sometime later I found out the car had a salvage title, I knew it had been reared at some point but I wasn't aware that it'd been "totalled".
...I was quite angry when I took it in to the Mazda dealership for a small recall part fix and found out it was a salvage title.
It's been a good car and I don't plan on selling until it's all used up so salvage title doesn't mean much in this case.

Went in looking for another car that I had seen online which had already sold - but Cory was very helpful and set me up with something equally as reliable while still fitting my price range. The transaction was quick and straightforward - I wanted to take the car home prior to a small fix being completed (he was waiting on a part for the driver door handle); I was notified as soon as the part came in and the work was completed the next day.

Would definitely recommend to people looking for an affordable used vehicle from a reliable dealer!
