Description
LOCATION: Colorado Springs, Colorado (West side) Green/cream enamel with nickel legs 14" long x 6" deep x 12" tall A child's toy, certainly the precursor to the Easy Bake Oven, popular in the 1930s. These were also used by salesman going door-to-door to help sell actual large stoves. Made of pressed and stamped steel with a mint green paint color. Featuring a thermostat and decorative elements. Considered a collectible item, reflecting a period when toys were made to resemble everyday objects. ****Not recommended plugging in. I've seen a few listed on eBay and similar for $100 on average. Asking $90. **** If it doesn’t say SOLD, it's still available.
