Mariner 38 Pilothouse Sailboat

Mariner 38 almost ready to paint inside and out. Have everything to finish. My dog hates it and wants me to sell. Built like a tank. I might mothball on land and keep it. So No low balls. I like the 7 opening ports in pilothouse, way less claustrophobic now. Also, I opened up the main cabin, by moving the head to the pilothouse. This takes advantage of a head and septic tank above waterline. So no 12 pumps needed, and can be rinsed off shore. It has a Full size water tight cockpit door. 3 cylinder Perkins runs like a clock. 1,000 hours. Under 5 ft draft, insurance $500 a year. Best in size, draft, slip fees under 40ft, insurance fees good. Slip is 600$ per month. Not a livaboard slip. Anything bigger and it is too heavy, smaller and you lose too much cabin below. Perfect practical size. If interested, we can finish head and kitchen. The head is a gravity system, all above water line!!!. Very important if your 12volt pump craps out. And, you don’t like to smell or touch poop. Plus you can wash tank out without a pump. I do not have a wast tank or hose. But, I have all stainless valves for head and entire water system.
