5.5 evinrude fisher. New lower unit oil. New carb rebuild. New fuel pump. Has about an hour run time since rebuild. Comes with gas tank and brand new fuel line with primer bulb. I have the rubber cone for the prop but it is dry rotted. The only other issue is the forward, neutral, revers lever is broken off. It has a small c clamp on it to turn it. As seen in pictures the previous owner spray painted it gray. It comes off easy to reveal factory color. The cowl was painted as well. The original decals are still on it under the paint. There are no cracks in the cowl.
