Description

Excellent pre-owned condition. This tapestry is based on a painting by artist Carl Frederick Asgard and depicts a tranquil, Italian Lakeside scene. It is woven on a Jacquard loom. Materials used include: cotton, polyester and viscose. The scene portrays a garden with blooming flowers, a white Italian picket fence, a path and trees with a view toward a body of water and distant mountains. The rod and brackets for hanging are included. The tapestry is 63”W x 40” H.
