Great condition, both mattresses were in zipper protective covers along with hypoallergenic toppers so super clean. Only a small tear under the board of top twin but can flip it over, buy a cover or technically don’t need one. No box spring necessary on bottom memory foam mattress. Frame is clean no scratches or dents, its wood and metal, industrial style. OBO need gone
