Description

6hp 4-stroke Mercury outboard motor. I got it for my dinghy, but don’t use it so getting rid of it. When I got it it wouldn’t start. Now it starts and runs fine, but it is a bit squirrelly sometimes. With some love it’ll be an amazing motor. I have trouble getting it into neutral sometimes, but otherwise it’s fine, runs strong once it’s up, and I had fun with it. It handled waves and wind at Catalina getting back to sailboat at night and I was happy with the engine. I do want to be honest about the neutral being an issue (easy fix just never took the time) and it’s occasionally hard to start. Otherwise it’s good. New items: -New Carburetor -New Fuel filter -New fuel line and primer pump -New pull cord starter
