**If it's listed, it IS Available** NICE- Solid Quality Wood Kitchen Table, (4) Chairs & ALL Hardware included. I am only selling, as this will not fit in my new home. This has been covered up in the basement and was used for Two years. *The lighting in the basement isnt the best so the pictures show shadows on the chairs* Measurements: Table Top Diameter- 58 in. Chairs: Bottom of leg to top of chair- 38in. Bottom of leg to Seat is 18 in. W- Seat is 21.5 in. & From the Seat to the Top of Back is 21.5 in. Two of the chairs have light stains. Nothing that jumps out at you. These covers can be removed and washed. I have not done this. From a clean/smoke free home. NOTE: The buyer will need to be able to move the Table Top, Base of Table (Very Heavy) and Chairs from the basement. **MOVING: Please take a look at my other listings. Thank you!!**
