1964 VW Notchback type 3

Alright here it is guys! This is my 64 Notch, “it does not have a motor” The guy I got it from modified it so that you can run a type 1 motor. I’ve driven this thing for about a year and when the motor went bad, I took out the motor. It’s been sitting at my shop for 2 years Having my guys push it in and out the shop everyday. It has clean title, pink in hand, but there are some late registration fees Which is about no more Truyen $300 I figured if I was going to get a rebuilt motor, I might as well restore it back to a type 3 but never had a chance to or time. So I just took out the motor and left the car as it sits. Issues -rust areas as you can see in the photos. But the bottom pan is pretty solid -Seats need reupholstering -the passenger front fender is dented -no motor -late registration fees (about $200-$300) It was a long decision for me to decide if I should sell it or just drop $1500-$2000 for a type 1 motor and cruise it But I don’t know if I want to put anymore energy towards it.
