Has a small stretch under the arm rest. Selling it because I have a new sofa set and I don't have enough room for it in my living room . So , I have one part of the Sectional in my living room the other half of the Sectional in a bedroom. As is Asking $400 it's the lowest , I can take. It's Real Thick Leather. IT's NOT The Fake Leather that Peels It's Real Genuine Leather. $400 is the lowest I can take for it.
