Description

"Dog Days" - a Harold Balazs original. Balazs was a local Spokane artist, now deceased. He did the water feature in Riverfront Park and that sculpture in the middle of the Spokane River by the Opera House, and lots more. This was bought from him when he was in his 80's. He said he wanted to see if he could still do sketching as he was always doing metal sculptures.
