Description

“We Were a Band of Brothers” signed limited edition art print. This print is by the legendary aviation and WWII artist, John D. Shaw. Shaw did a series of prints memorializing the involvement of the famous Easy Company, 506th Parachute Regiment, 101st Airborne Division, led by Captain Dick Winters. This unit of course was featured in the HBO series, “Band of Brothers”. This print is signed by Easy Company veteran “Wild Bill” Guarnere, and artist John Shaw. It has literally been sold out since publication in 2004. After market prices have skyrocketed, and these prints only rarely become available. I am only selling mine to finance my other obsession (rare/collectible Stephen King books). Print is in perfect condition, unframed, and includes Certificate of Authenticity from publisher Valor Studios. Also included are some photos and other memorabilia of the Easy Company given to me by John D. Shaw himself. Version of this print signed by Dick Winters have sold for over $6K. If you’re a lover of WWII 101st memorabilia like I am, this is a steal at my asking price of $1400. Please let me (Jake) know if you have any questions at all!
