2007 Alfa “See Ya” motorhome on a Freightliner XC-R custom chassis. We are the original owners…purchased new in 2007. Coach has been exclusively stored indoors. We’ve only put 18,000 miles on this rig so it’s in great condition and ready to hit the road to anywhere across the U.S. Cummins ISL 360HP 8.3L Diesel motor and Alison transmission. All 6 tires were replaced in the past couple of years. All new HDMI video distribution system so you can watch content from your iPhone on all 4 flatscreen TVs installed throughout the coach. We love that one of the TVs is mounted outside the coach so you can watch from outside. Known issues: -The coach has levelers and all 4 go down but the rear driver side one gives an error. -Air ride suspension gauge has a leak. You can hear it at the driver seat however both axles maintain 100PSI like they’re supposed to. -Front windshield shade operates extremely slowly at first but if you press the button a bunch of times it starts working after a while. -Driver seatbelt doesn’t retract properly -Backup camera turns on but doesn’t have an image Unique feature of this RV is it has central air conditioning built into the belly of the bus that operates much more efficiently. There’s also a supplemental rooftop unit so this thing can cool down ultra fast even on those hot summer days by the beach or out at the Colorado River. We added 2 solar panels to the roof to trickle charge the coach. We also installed an insinkerator to grind up waste going down the sink so things are less likely to clog. We also love that the kitchen trashcan can be removed from outside the coach so you don’t need to carry the trash through the interior. Another cool feature is the shower and the toilet are in separate rooms, so someone can be taking a shower and the toilet is still available. This rig has been exclusively kept in California / Arizona and stored indoors so it looks fantastic despite being a 2007. Rig is 13’ 5” tall and 41’ long including the rear ladder and front side view mirror. One massive slide out that encompasses the entire living room and bedroom.
