Both couches are for sale! They are both in almost perfect condition. There is no rips or tears on the cushions, they are still new! There is a slight tear at the bottom left corner of one of them. It’s not noticeable if it’s up against the wall, it does come with a four year warranty as well!! I love these couches and would keep them, but I am moving and the area won’t fit them. Can work with a price if you’re payment ready!
