This is a 3 year old pull out couch. Mattress is full sized, still has plastic cover on mattress, only used twice. No stains, but has one small tear on the arm (as shown in pic because of cat). Seat cushions come off for washing as well as pillow cases. Dimensions are 88" long 38" deep and 20" from cushion to the floor. MUST pick up by Thursday
