Chances are the PS4s have 11.00 or lower firmware and sell Most of the fat PS3s are backwards compatible units as well. I fixed and sold like 5-6. 3 of which had minor issues. Made money on the lot just on those. Personally don't have a good way of extracting fumes which is why I don't repair consoles anymore. Some consoles would need to be repaired, some will work perfectly, some have easy minor repairs needed and some are likely more donor boards for repairing the other consoles. The person I bought these from I believe did basic repairs and kept a inventory of stuff that didn't need soldering repairs. Simply because I haven't seen signs of major board repairs on any consoles I've worked on and there boxes with parts here but they're all basic parts no smd parts like chips or HDMI ports Consoles mostly consist of PS2 PS3 and PS4s! 50+ consoles here As well as idk 100+ controllers for the systems as well.
