Chest freezers are also highly insulated making it very energy efficient. Ice baths work wonders for physical and psychological health. Fill up with a hose, turn it on, set your temp and get ready to change your life! Brand new 14.8-cu ft Frigidaire Chest Freezer (Model #FFCL1542AW) used. All seams are sealed with marine grade epoxy weld and the entire interior is then coated with non-toxic epoxy. This cold plunge has an integrated built-in temperature control unit to automatically control the temperature (no annoying cables hanging over the side!). Comes with step stool and removable drain plug – allowing for easy water changes. Mounted on lock-able heavy duty caster wheels. The chest freezer will cool the water down to 33. Internal dimensions in inches are 54 wide x 19.5 deep x 26 high. External dimensions are 60 wide x 25.5 deep x 33 high. I provide free delivery for the San Diego area.
