Description

The exact measurements is 135 1/8- 11 3/4 tall- 3 -7/16 so another construction company installed this beam and it was straight to the dirt which you needed to be treated so I had to remove and install treated there is two bolts I had to cut as you seen the pictures but those can either come out or if you gotta cut the beam shorter bam there you go there’s minor damage on top of the beam but nothing that is gonna stop it from being installed and past inspection it’s totally fine. You must pick it up in Gig Harbor. I don’t have a truck or else I’d bring it to you.100$ FIRM
