Recently purchased a pair of Denago DBs for my boys — the MX for my 8-year-old and the MX1 for my oldest. Neither had any riding experience before this, and I must say VTP Motorsports made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

From the moment we walked in, Gomez was incredibly welcoming, supportive, and knowledgeable. He offered solid advice and helped guide me toward the right choices for both kids. Rob at the front also played a big part in making the transaction easy and straightforward.

Over the week, we did run into a small hiccup with one of the bikes. Thanks to the warranty, Rob and their technician got us in and out the same day—no hassle, no runaround. That level of service really stood out.

Overall, I’m very pleased with VTP Motorsports. Great pricing, financing options available, and a team that truly takes care of you. I’d definitely recommend them for your next purchase.

I purchased a kids’ battery ride-on car from this store, and within a very short time, it spontaneously caught fire after my toddler used it. This could have seriously injured my child. It was also within a few feet of our house. Thankfully, we acted quickly and no one was hurt, but this is completely unacceptable for a children’s product.

I immediately reached out to the store for a resolution. I emailed them twice before they replied that they contacted the manufacturer. I have since followed up 3 times and still no response. It has been over a month. No replacement, no refund, no intent of making it right — nothing. This shows a complete lack of concern for customer safety or accountability.

If you value safety and customer service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I will be reporting this incident to consumer protection agencies so that other families are warned about this dangerous product and the lack of support from this business.

Can't speak highly enough about this shop. Top notch service. Great prices. Fast service. Knowledgeable staff. They take great care of me every time I come in. Bought my bike here and am in the process of upgrading for more power and speed.

A year and a half ago we purchased a used Vespa Scooter for my wife's birthday from VTP. It's now been over a year and we never received registration or a pink slip for ownership, even though Rob said it would take about 6 months. My wife and I have reached out to him approximately 20 times to correct the issue. He would respond to our request "Give me a minute and I'll take care of it". After numerous calls he would tell us he fixed the issue so I would talk with DMV which they would say there has not been a release of liability from previous owner.

Good customer service is the key to any reputable business and responsible business Owner.

UPDATE:
ROB HONORED THE RETURN AND GAVE US OUR MONEY BACK ON 11/21/2025.

On our way home, and had to write a review on this place. Rob was very knowledgeable and helped us with a great price on our new tao go cart. We will definitely be back!
