Item includes (2) twin mattresses… One of them valued over $600 but got on sale for $300… Have receipt! Bed is very well built and sturdy. There are (3) very useful drawers under the mattress as well for clothes, toys etc. Also comes with variety of sheets, synthetic blanket with duvet and mattress covers. Purchased for a 10 year-old girl so sheet set is more girly and getting rid of only because she talked us into upsizing to our spare queen bed.
