Rare piece to find, an early Keyport metal plaque with great colors and unusual three-dimensional detailing. Not the newer cheap ones on service plaques now. This has some real age. Great item for a local items or military collector or as an unusual man cave piece only you will have. Measures 6 inches in diameter. Losing some of its varnish. Great illustrations representing the Submarine Warfare division, the Olympics and Puget Sound.
