They are a scam. Do not buy anything from US auto they pay me and my kids out of their Social Security money for $2000 unfortunately they had two vehicles on the lot they look just like Jeep Cherokee 2015 silver one of the vehicle had worked it. The second vehicle did not work it. The plane was to test drive the vehicle. They did not let me test drive the vehicle at all. They wouldn’t let me test ride the vehicle. Only thing they did was show me the vehicle in and let me look at the vehicle that second vehicle they look just the light was parked up burning day Garage to the shop was getting ready to be fixed on and they only fix it enough for me to leave the lot the next week the vehicle was down. The motor was going out. The battery was real low and all of the sun it powered off is shut off And don’t even work. Don’t crank. Don’t do nothing is completely dead.

Shopped around online with a bunch of different dealerships, talked to quite a few sales rep. Tyric stood out because he was prompt in answering all my questions and providing all information I asked for. Upon arriving, from start to finish, it was quick and easy. I don’t have the best credit and a few repos but US auto made it all work for me! Hassan (the owner), made sure to constantly ask me on the entire process if each financial step we were taking, I was comfortable with. He made me feel like I had a say on what I could afford instead of just giving me a payment plan as if I didn’t have a choice. I let them know I was on a time crunch and they did everything within 2 hours. While waiting on my application to get approved, Tyric made time fly on by-laid back and easy to talk to. I loved the atmosphere of the place and energy from the people. They didn’t seem like they were JUST trying to make a sale. My car is everything I could ask for and more!!! They gifted me a full tank of gas, was honest about the things they need to fix on my Durango, which I will be returning in the next week so they can do so. 10/10 and would highly recommend!

I had the best experience, everything was made easy, fast, and all my questions were answered without me feeling like I was over asking. I got the best payments, warranty, and experience overall. Mr Tyric was the best, I can’t stretch that enough. I highly recommend, vehicle in A1 condition.

If I can provide a 0 star I would. It was late afternoon when I got my car and approval with them. Rushing and getting embarrassed because they are closing that time. I told them I can go back next day so we don’t have to rush but I guess they want their sale for that day pretty bad. Trusted this folks specially in times of needs of this car. I got me a BMW 428i. Drive tested it and me and my brother already felt there’s something wrong with the car. I asked them and they basically put the blame on me. We took the car home, again trusted these folks because they were really “nice”. I have been in contact with Abe their sales rep and their manager Diana. The very next day I messaged them that there is definitely wrong with the car, it goes to the right by itself. And it stops in the middle of the road. They “inspected it”. That day I have to work. So I left the car with them. Closing time happened and there were no ETA for my car to be done. And there’s nothing “wrong” with it. Came back again to the shop the 2nd week. “Ms Diana, the car is not safe to drive. It stops in the middle of the road.” No response. Messaged and even gave Abe a call as well the dealership itself. “I will get back to you”. 3rd week came, hey I’m following up with my car? It is not safe to drive. The engine stopped by itself 3 times just today. “What do you expect from a used car hun?” I’m baffled. They dragged their feet this whole time of process. And 1 month came. Oh, we no longer have the right to pull the car. Because you bought it and it’s with you for 1 month already. It’s by law and the policy.
Very horrible. Despite of my disclosure of my hardship. Yall took advantage of person that with good intentions.

Yeah cause this is an invitation of “help”. I have been constantly begging for you to take back the car or atleast swap it with a different one the one that works. Right? Again you used the vulnerability of someone that is in a great crisis. God will do the rest.
