After making the 16+ hour drive to move my son from the STL to Florida we unexpectedly found ourselves needing to replace his car. I had 3 days to find not only a car he loved in our budget but also a dealership who was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Impressively he knew the paperwork we would need (it’s different in Mo than Fl) but then went an extra step in shipping it to our Mo home to be there when we arrived. He has reached out a few times to make sure I was able to finalize the paperwork with Missouri and ask if I needed anything else. Art over at Upshift is great. He’s a stand up guy wasn’t hiding anything was upfront and honest about the whole process and vehicle. I would recommend anyone looking for a used car to look here first! Art was wonderful and made my first car buying experience simple and straightforward. I didn’t ever feel pressured like some other car dealerships I had been to. I did know exactly what I was looking for though, and he worked with me to get the best possible price. Not only that but I have been driving this car for a month now and it has been amazing, reliable and much safer than my old car. No issues at all.
