Fixer upper not too bad opened it up this year critter got into it so there is some holes on the back bed canvas that can definitely be patched no problem. The rest of the whole canvas is fine and definitely can use a good cleaning and no leaks or soft spots. It’s got to slide out beds and a dinette booth that turns into a bed. I put a brand new mini fridge and still top burner. It has heat and hot water, electric hook ups and propane. It also has new hardwood flooring. The sink was removed but the hook ups are still there. It is what it is simple basic extremely lightweight Camper it pops up and sets up very easy as well. No title bill of sale only but it’s 30 years old and under 3000lbs it only weighs like 900lb so anything can tow it. I took some pictures before I sprayed the canvas with bleach. Some of those stains will be gone when I open it in the morning. Anyways, it is what it is $500 inexpensive Camper pick up tomorrow
