John Dickerson was very respectful, from the moment we entered he greeted us looking for our needs in our next car and he gave us options accordingly. Wasn't pushy or too intrusive, he made us feel comfortable in the car buying process even though we stated we were just looking around he still gave us the time of day to help us find what we wanted. 100/10 would recommend!

Worst experience with a dealership. Went to look at and buy a minivan with an "online" price of $25k (told them this when I got there). Once we sat down and stated to look at the numbers/financing, they quoted me a total price of over $38k dollars that showed the vehicle price being $32k with an added warranty I didn't want nor was asked about, this should have been my first sign to leave! But no, I haggled and haggled to get it down to $25k (why? it was literally listed for sale for $25K) and once we agreed on that price next came financing. With an excellent credit score I was given a 9% interest rate, wth. I knew I was refinancing with another lender so I went ahead and did the loan where the sales manager pushed and pushed for gap insurance for over $1k cost (it's $250 at my credit union) because "the vehicle wasn't worth that" again wth, who says that! THEN two or so weeks later I get the title in the mail where they never signed it so I had to drive the HOUR there and HOUR back to Owasso, OK (they knew this because I even called to make sure someone could freaking sign it). Never offered gas or anything. Not even a month after buying the vehicle I had to replace the main and accessory batteries totaling over $400 and the middle seat is broken and does not stow into the floorboard, really CHECK the vehicle out if you do look at this place because they obviously don't!
