Description

I recently bought this with the intention of restoring it. But, due to HOA rules I was unaware of, I'm not allowed to keep it anywhere on the property or the street. What I know about the trailer: - I believe it is a 1967 (possibly 1965) Aristocrat Land Commander S/T (shower/toilet) - there is an identical model trailer that sold on facebook marketplace about 10 months ago. It was fully restored & sold for $12,000. - It is 16 feet long (hitch to taillight) - Trailer itself is about 13 feet long & 7 feet wide - I don't know the exact weight. At the very most it is 2,250 pounds. I have a 6 cylinder Dodge Nitro and it was easy to pull. It is light enough that I can pick the tongue up by hand to put it on and off of the hitch (the tounge jack is broken). - I do not have a title. It was sitting on a piece of land that my ex-girlfriend bought earlier this year near Quartzsite, AZ. I went to the DMV and they said to apply for the title, the trailer must pass an inspection first, so I was going to wait until I fixed it up. - This trailer needs completely rebuilt. All of the wood is rotten. There are holes in floor and ceiling. - The aluminum is in pretty good shape. Definitely reusable. - The "stick and tin" trailer sits on a steel I-beam frame. The frame is rusty, but definitely still usable. It is surface rust and can be removed. - These were well built trailers and are considered by many to be restoration friendly. - I would imagine the bearings and wheel components are in need of replacing, but i drove it here from Quartzite with no issues. - It has 2 good tires on it. 1 of them is brand new, bought on my way here from Quartzsite. The other is used. There is also a spare tire on a rim, but the tire needs replaced. - Trailer is currently located near the Home Depot on Chandler Blvd & i-10 in Chandler, AZ
