Description

Selling my 2021 KTM 390 adventure as a project bike. This is a great purchase for someone who knows how to repair motorcycles or wants a parts donor. Will consider offers. What works: - turns on and idles fine. -has 9525 miles - replaced radiator -ignition coil Whats Wrong: -loss of power after riding less than a block -check engine light flashes while sputtering. -gas tank is cracked. I tried repairing it with jb weld but the seal wears off. A new tank is very expensive. You would need to plastic weld this one or take it to a professional. -one radiator fan is not working. Damaged during crash . -Handle bars are slightly warped. DMV: - I was in the middle of doing Salvage inspection and I was only able to complete the the VIN check. The bike started acting up before I could complete the brake and light inspection. I paid all DMV fees but it has been a while and I don't know if more fees are due. This would be a great bike for a mechanic or someone looking to invest time and money into it. Bring a trailer or truck. It can't be ridden safely in its current condition.
