I want to say this place was beyond our expectations. Jeremy treated us like family and genuinely cared about how much we cared about the quality of the car. The way he handled our situation was extremely professional and the fastest I've ever been given keys to a car. If you want a ride from here I say go for it, this place has way more class than a lot of other dealerships.

From start to finish my experience at this establishment was great. My wife and I came looking to trade in our jeep for a newer one and that’s exactly what happened. We were offered a great price for her jeep, and then paid a very reasonable price for the new one. Julio was very helpful in every step of the process and ensured we met the numbers we wanted. All in all the process was very quick and with great results. I will be recommending this business when able.

I think it’s worth noting that the vehicle was very clean inside and out and we were given every record possible on the new jeep to get a good amount of buyers assurance.

Honestly great experience here! Julio was great! While working with Julio he was very informative, patient, kind and professional. He was very transparent with response to questions that I had and was always willing to work with me on finding something that works for the both of us. I purchased a 2020 Toyota C-HR from them on June 17, 2025. Before purchase, I pointed out a noise from the engine mount, and they assured me it would be “fixed.” The day after purchase, the noise came back even worse. Within a few days, I returned under the 30-day warranty, and they replaced two mounts. When I picked up the car, I found the splash shield and all the screws left in my trunk…they had forgotten to reinstall it. When I called, they told me to bring it back, “freaked out,” apologized, and put it back on. Two months after the 30-day warranty expired, my car began making horrible noises and stalling. The engine was visibly shaking. When I returned to Legacy Cars, the manager, Kim, dismissed me and said it was just “wear and tear” refusing to take responsibility. I had the car towed to an independent mechanic, who immediately found that an engine mount screw was missing from Legacy’s prior repair. Their invoice clearly states: “Engine mount was missing the screw resulting in mount becoming loose and causing rattling noises when vehicle was in gear.” After they fixed it, the problem was completely gone.
UPDATE: After posting my concerns publicly, the owner personally reached out, apologized for the way the situation was handled, and approved a full reimbursement for my repair. I also received an apology on behalf of the manager for how I was treated. While I wish it hadn’t taken leaving reviews and filing a complaint to get proper resolution, I do appreciate that the owner ultimately stepped in to make things right.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. After viewing and falling in love with a car, I decided to purchase it. My daughter and I were so excited to finally have a nice car again. I’m a single mom and this was a huge win for me. They sent me the docs while I was at work. I work at a credit union where I was financing through. I got the docs printed and had the cashiers check issued so that I could take it down to dealership when I went to get the car. There was multiple phone calls and emails sent between me and the dealership. I pull up after work and am met in the parking lot by Mike the sales manager who is informing me that they sold the car. No phone call, no warning nothing. They just sold out from under me. Absolutely crushed. My daughter and I couldn’t wait to drive around with the moonroof opened. It was all we could talk about. You guys are horrible, selfish, greedy people.
