I tried to purchase a car from Nation USA Stanford about a month ago, but the car broke down right on the dealership lot before I could even take it home. I had already financed with them, and I’ve been waiting on my money to be returned ever since. It’s now been about a month, and I still haven’t received my refund. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I would caution anyone considering doing business here to be careful.

I have purchased 2 cars here with Arianna Forbes as my sales person.  She does an excellent job. I contacted her by phone originally and let her know what I was looking for and what my price range was. She researched what was available and let me know when she had found some options for me. Her selections were exactly what I asked for and Auto Nation Sanford did an excellent job in inspecting the cars and repairing anything that might have been needed prior to making them available for sale. It is rare in the industry these days to have a dealership and sales person you can fully trust, but that is exactly what I have found with Arianna Forbes and Auto Nation Sanford. The dealership is about an hour drive away, but well worth it. They have earned my loyalty and I will be making all my future car purchases through Arianna and am recommending the same to everyone I know who needs a car.
