2018 Jayco Seismic 4113. 45’ length. Side patio with sliding glass door and TV outside. Garage is 12.5’ deep. Half bath in garage does not take away from garage space. Happijack bed system, Awning over rear ramp. Two huge basement areas. 6 point automatic leveling. Outdoor kitchen area with small blackstone and small refrigerator. Couch is huge. 50” TV in front of couch and a fireplace and surround sound with subwoofer. Whirlpool fridge with water and ice in the door. Large kitchen. Bathroom has full size tub, upgraded Dometic 310 elongated toilet with sprayer. Bedroom has queen bed frame and large closet and tons of storage. Large closet in the hallway in front of bathroom. Two huge awnings. Newer Suburban tankless water heater with indoor control which has been great. The bad: Clear coat on front cap is oxidized. Leather on couch is flaking. Both awning fabrics need to be replaced but function correctly still. I have more pictures if interested.
