2006 Jeep Liberty

We've had this jeep for 5 years, it's been in the shop a couple times. It's not easy to get parts for it, and this car needs someone that's experienced in diesel jeeps. The first time it was in the shop the rocker arms were replaced and some other minor things. There are some other adjustments that were made by the previous owner. New tires purchased in January. It recently started having issues again, we replaced the turbo but we think there was excess oil in the intercooler so after a few minutes of running fine, it started to "run away". Shoved a coat in the intake and killed the motor. As far as I know the motor is fine. Just tired of putting more money into it.
