I had a wonderful experience. Ms. Stella and her family are kind. I was approved over the phone, came in test drove loved the car I was out within 15 minutes. Easy process I came here for the 1st time based off of the reviews. If anyone is thinking of coming here please do I wasn’t pressured to purchase or anything I felt comfortable it’s a very relaxed environment. 10 out of 10 recommend!! i was going to do this earlier but decided to wait a while after purchasing the vehicle to see how it held up and we’ve already been out of town and all around the city without a hiccup. They were very helpful got me in the car I wanted fast and easy plus we drove off the lot same day ready to hit the road. My children were so happy when they seen it and it was all thanks to Ultimateplex Autos. if you need a vehicle that u can rely on for a decent price and don’t wanna deal with the hassle of other car lots come here. I literally came upon this car lot by chance. In desperation if I'm being completely honest!
I informed them of what I needed and what I had. Completely transparent with my situation.
When no one else could help me or stated I needed 3k down anywhere else, they helped me!! They met me where I was and made the process effortless!
I did have an issue with the battery 2 days after getting the car, as is. However, I went back to them. They fixed the issue with NO HESITATIONS!!!
I personally will be coming back as well as pointing others to this location!!

This has been the easiest car dealership i have ever delt with. The customer service was outstanding, they have a great variety of vehicles at great prices. They get new vehicles quite often and the entire process was easy, i found the vehicle i wanted and after a test drive i was out within 30 minutes or less. I would definitely get another car from here.
