It's in excellent condition and we're selling it fully stocked and ready to go. It comes with bedding, towels, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, cups/glasses, kitchen utensils, lounge chairs, table, small tv - literally everything you need to hook it up and start camping! It's a 2019. We bought it new and have only camped with it twice each year, so it's in great condition. We're selling it because our kids are getting older and we want to do different things with them now. It has a large full/queen bed and two bunk beds. The kitchenette table also folds down into a small bed, which we used as a couch (conversion cushions included). It has a great kitchen with a sink, gas stove and refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom has a toilet and tub/shower. There is tons of storage - cabinets rim the entire inside and there are two large storage areas one underneath the big bed and the other under the bottom bunk.
