The team at Autos Only is awesome. Jesus and Shawn were super helpful throughout the buying process. Jesus was even kind enough to whip me up a burger while I waited on the paperwork for purchasing my Tesla! Autos Only truly offers a white glove service at a reasonable price. Their maintenance crew is also super honest and knowledgeable on servicing all types of vehicles. I would 100% come straight here if I run into any car issues in the future.

I had a wonderful experience getting my first EV, a 2021 Tesla Model 3, here. Jesus and Chris took wonderful care of me; they worked with my very limited finances and treated me with dignity and respect. Jesus washed the car and charged it up as I finished my paperwork. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a car!

I purchased a 2020 Model 3 from them and I will say, the vehicle was fine. However, the service and finance manager were not.

I called and negotiated my price over the phone, after calculating my trade in, they sent me a picture of a manager signed sheet showing my price to be $19,800.

Red flag 1: When I came in, the price they gave me was $20,500. I showed them the sheet and confronted them about it. Now I completely understand a mistake like this, it looks like they didn’t calculate the tax properly so it was no big deal.

BUT, Chris the finance manager came out and instead of taking responsibility for the mistake on his part, he proceeded to gaslight me by saying “no I told you that price on the phone you just forgot!” Which, in my opinion, was a huge red flag, I should have walked out there.

Red flag 2: Once again, Chris the finance manager said I was approved for 8.25% at a credit union they work with, in his own words, “all the time” and had me sign the docs and sent me off with the car.

2 WEEKS LATER he calls me and said that I was denied for that loan and now I’m approved for another loan at 10%. Very big red flag in my opinion, I’ve purchased a dozen cars and never had this happen before.

Important: The reason was that the credit union didn’t accept self employment income, only W2 income. But considering Chris said “we work with this credit union all the time”, in my opinion he is either lying about working with them all the time (because he would have known they don’t accept my income), or he knew that I wasn’t going to be approved and wanted to spot sell me the car so it would be more difficult for me to go to another dealership.

Red flag 3: I came back in to the dealership to sign the docs again for the new loan as I didn’t really have a choice. Once in there, I asked him if this happens a lot and he showed me a stack of 6 other people who this happened to.

After all of this, I was rightfully cautious about doing any business with this dealership, so I made sure to review my documents carefully. Chris seemed visibly upset that I was doing that and when I asked questions about the documents made sure to tell me “we aren’t shady, we aren’t shady!” This being the most obvious of the red flags in my opinion as no one should feel the need to tell a customer that.

Conclusion: In my opinion, the practices this dealership and specifically Chris seem to use is getting someone fake approved for an appealing loan, letting them take the car so they can then turn around and tell them the actual percentage a few weeks later and entrap people to purchase a vehicle from them.

If you find a good deal at this dealership, I would recommend you go spend $2-$4k more elsewhere to avoid this borderline fraudulent tactics.

I would also like to point out that what is said here is purely my opinion from my own experience. I will personally not ever do business with them again and I have learned my lesson for the future.

I am a single mother of 4 little ones and about a week ago I was in a crash that totaled my car. I seen on the turo app that Auto Only had rentals, daily weekly and monthly. I went in to ask more about that But the salesman and owner BOTH didnt want me to put myself into a financial bind. All of the staff in the office that worked with me were very respectful, efficient and  went above and beyond. There where some road blocks in the way but they handled it all with grace. I truly am appreciative of the work they did with me and how they took care of me! They were not giving up &I drove home in a new car that wasnt a rental lol. Huge THANK YOU to the staff for all of the hard work that was done because I know my case was NOT easy! Not one bit!

I recently bought my dream car a Lexus Rx 350, and i enjoyed the experience and professionalism by the staff. Their cars are well selected, low mileage, and of high quality but cheaper if not fairer than most dealers i had scouted from.
Then, the staff is very friendly with all the details on their fingertips.
Regardless of your credit score, they'll sort you out, and you'll drive home with your ride.
