Exceptional experience at Sunnyvale Ford, a refreshing change from my previous dealership. Juan and Emad made the sales process smooth and transparent while getting my 2024 F-150 Lightning Lariat. What stood out was GM Jim's genuine care - he personally checked in during and after the purchase to ensure everything was perfect.

The entire team, including Sales Manager Masseh and Finance Manager Luis, was professional and supportive throughout. The Lightning is an outstanding vehicle, and the dealership's service matches its quality.
